Google's Link Report Fails to Refresh After Over a Month

The Google Search Console link report has not been updated for over a month. The last time it was refreshed with new data was around August 8th, and since then there have been no updates.

This is not an isolated incident, as other reports within the console have also experienced delays in recent times. However, this particular report seems to be consistently updated every couple of weeks, so its delay may be worth investigating further.
