The transactions, which were disclosed under the STOCK Act, reveal that Gottheimer purchased call options with strike prices of $340 and $330 for Microsoft, set to expire on October 16, 2026. The value of these purchases falls within the range of $250,001 to $1,000,000.
Gottheimer also bought stocks in Republic Services, Inc. and Restaurant Brands International Inc., each transaction valued between $1,001 and $15,000. These stocks were acquired through a Morgan Stanley - Select UMA Account.
