Between August 23-29, 2026, numerous lawsuits were filed in Gregg County Civil Court. Longview Hospitality Partners LLC took on the Gregg County Appraisal District over a suit to correct tax evaluation (2026-1306-B), as did Aaon Coil Partners INC (2026-1313-B). LVNV Funding LLC pursued Kevin Salazar for breach of contract (2026-1326-B).
Ex Parte cases were filed by Darron Fritz Dusek and Reuben Chayse Salas, both seeking expunction of records.
