Griffin Police Seek Public's Help in Identifying Shoplifter and Vehicle Thief
The Griffin Police Department in Georgia is seeking assistance from the public to identify two suspects involved in separate incidents.
A shoplifter, described as a Black man wearing a red and white hat, a red hoodie with white lettering, and a backpack, has allegedly stolen items from Home Depot on multiple occasions in recent weeks.
The department asks that anyone familiar with the suspect contact Detective Stephens at 770-229-6452 or cstephens@cityofgriffin.com.
In another incident, a Black man with short hair and a scraggly beard, wearing a Rolling Stones t-shirt, is suspected of stealing a vehicle from the McIntosh Trail facility on July 3.
The police department has released descriptions of both suspects in an effort to gather more information about their identities.
