Growth Stocks: Robinhood, Amazon, ServiceNow Poised for Rebound
Robinhood's recent earnings results show that the fintech leader is due for a rebound after a 15% year-to-date decline. The company's Q2 revenue increased by 32% year over year, but this growth was despite a 38% drop in crypto revenue to $100 million.
Crypto has been disappointing this year, with Bitcoin down 22%, but prices have stabilized since February. This means future declines in crypto trading will be less significant, and a potential rally would turn it into a tailwind for Robinhood instead of a headwind.
Another area where Robinhood is seeing growth is in prediction market revenue, which rose more than 10-fold to $156 million and continues to accelerate. The company was also selected as the primary broker for Trump Accounts, introducing a new income source and boosting its authority compared to other brokerage accounts.
