Rockstar's parent company Take-Two has issued subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord in an effort to investigate the recent Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks.

The leaks, which have been circulating online since this week, show gameplay footage from the upcoming game, including combat scenes and a basketball sequence.

Take-Two is scrambling to figure out how the leak occurred and is seeking information from Microsoft and Discord about users who may be involved in sharing the content.

The subpoena calls for Microsoft to turn over information related to an account known as CyberLeek, which has been linked to the leaks. This includes data on IP addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other identifying information.

The leaker was also advertising cryptocurrency in conjunction with the leaked gameplay footage.
