The Grand Theft Auto VI developers, Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., have filed two Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) subpoenas against Microsoft and Discord in an effort to uncover the identity of the leaker known as Cyberleek. The leaker has been posting unreleased gameplay footage online.

According to the filings, at least some of the leaked content is legitimate. The subpoenas request specific information from Discord and GitHub to identify the users responsible for posting Take-Two's copyrighted content online.

The leaker, Cyberleek, has been promoting a memecoin along with the leaked videos, encouraging people to purchase the coin to vote on what material should be released next. The leaker's website includes a manifesto and list of grievances against video game companies.
