GTS Securities Doubles Down on McDonald's as Institutional Investors Adjust Positions
GTS Securities LLC recently disclosed its increased stake in McDonald's Corporation (NYSE:MCD) to $2.68 million, a 153.9% rise from the second quarter.
The institutional investor purchased an additional 6,009 shares during the period, taking its total holdings to 9,913 shares of MCD stock.
This is not an isolated instance; several other institutional investors have also adjusted their positions in McDonald's. Norges Bank acquired a new stake valued at approximately $2.89 billion in the fourth quarter, while Bank of New York Mellon Corp bought in during the second quarter with a value of $1.36 billion.
The market capitalization of MCD stands at $187.56 billion, and its P/E ratio is 21.53. Analysts predict the company will post earnings per share of 12.87 for the current year.
