US Representative Michael Patrick Guest of Mississippi's 3rd district has recently sold shares in several prominent companies, including Airbnb, Chevron, and e.l.f. Beauty.

The sales were executed from a Trust - KF19 account between $1,001 and $15,000, with the dollar value of each sale ranging within this amount.

Guest's congressional trade report reveals that the transactions took place on December 16, 2025, but were not reported until August 13, 2026, due to an oversight by a compliance firm.

The delay in reporting was discovered while preparing Guest's annual House disclosure. According to the report, all sales were executed at a loss.
