Guggenheim, a well-known financial services company, has raised its price target for Salesforce stock to $270 from $228. This increase is based on the company's impressive second-quarter results and its strong guidance for future performance.

Salesforce has exceeded many of Wall Street's expectations in recent quarters, with its net new annual order value growth being the strongest it has been in four years. According to CFO Robin Washington, this growth puts the company on track for second-half organic revenue reacceleration.

The firm also noted that Salesforce had near-record low attrition and a 77.6% gross profit margin, which is an attractive ratio of price-to-earnings growth (PEG). This suggests that the stock trades at a relatively low price compared to its earnings growth potential.
