H+Co Bolsters Leadership with Senior Hires

Howatson+Company has made two significant leadership appointments to strengthen its client leadership. Kate Naylor joins as General Manager, Melbourne, while Sally Borda takes on the role of Managing Partner for Commonwealth Bank (CommBank). Both appointments are effective immediately and will report directly to Group Managing Director Renée Hyde.

Naylor brings 18 years of experience in global account management, having led award-winning campaigns for brands like Uber, Samsung, Google, and adidas Originals. She most recently held the position of Head of Client Service at Rethink New York, where she was part of the leadership team that grew the office from three people to over 40.

Borda has 13 years of industry experience, including eight years at Ogilvy Australia leading financial services accounts for ING, TAL, and American Express. She has also worked on British Telecom and Warburtons campaigns in her previous roles.

According to Renée Hyde, the appointments reflect Howatson+Company's commitment to investing in exceptional leadership and delivering ambitious work for its clients. Both Naylor and Borda will bring their expertise in building strong client partnerships to the agency.
