Halloween Party Guests Advised to Switch Resorts for One Night

Walt Disney World guests attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party may want to reconsider their resort stay for that night. The party goes until midnight, and getting back to your hotel can take much longer than expected.

According to Inside the Magic, staying at a resort near Magic Kingdom, especially those connected by the monorail, offers significant advantages. Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are within minutes of the park via monorail, allowing guests to easily enter and exit the park.

These Deluxe resorts also offer perks such as Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours on eligible nights. However, they come with a higher nightly price.

A more budget-friendly option is Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, located in the Magic Kingdom resort area but not connected by monorail. Guests can travel to the park via bus or boat, making transportation relatively quick compared to other resorts.
