Hard Rock Café Teams with Coca-Cola for Global Music Competition

Hard Rock Café and Coca-Cola have teamed up to launch Hard Rock Rising, a music competition for emerging artists. The contest will be held at 64 Hard Rock Cafes in 34 countries around the world.

The grand prize includes a recording session at Coke Studio L.A. Live, $10,000, and a performance at the Hard Rock Orlando.

Artists can submit their entries from now until August 18th. The competition will consist of live concerts held at participating cafes, with artists advancing through the competition based on local fan votes.

According to Eric Martino, President of Hard Rock Café and Retail Division, 'Hard Rock Rising is a natural extension of our mission to give emerging artists the opportunity to showcase their original music.'
