Harrods Elite Card Requires Invitation, Offers Exclusive Rewards
The Harrods American Express Card is an exclusive invite-only card that requires elite status in the Harrods Rewards program. To be eligible, members must hold Gold, Black, or Platinum status.
Once invited and approved, cardholders will earn 5,000 points after £3,000 spend on the card within a certain timeframe, as well as 2% back at Harrods. The annual fee is set at £195, which must be paid in full each month.
The card offers 1 point per £1 spent everywhere and 2 points per £1 spent at Harrods. Cardholders also receive a £25 quarterly credit for in-store restaurant spending. Additionally, they gain access to SLH CLUB 02 status and exclusive event invites, although these benefits are relatively modest.
One notable aspect of the card is that it functions as a charge card, not revolving credit. This means users must pay their balance in full each month.
