Hedge Funds Bet Big on AI Stocks Amazon, Alphabet, and TSMC
The latest round of Form 13-Fs has revealed that several hedge funds have been buying up shares in Amazon, Alphabet, and Taiwan Semiconductor.
Amazon's cloud computing growth was a major driver of its success in Q2, with the company reporting 37% year-over-year growth in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Alphabet also saw significant growth, thanks to the increased computing capacity from major capital investments. Its Google Cloud revenue soared 82% in the second quarter.
Taiwan Semiconductor is the world's largest logic chip manufacturer and supplies a vast majority of chips used by AI computing units.
