Hedge Funds Flock to NVIDIA as Revenue Surges
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) has received significant investments from various hedge funds. Vaquero Private Wealth Ltd. invested $7.30 million in NVIDIA, purchasing 36,501 shares during the second quarter.
This acquisition represents approximately 1.5% of Vaquero's portfolio and marks the stock as its 17th largest position. Several other hedge funds have also modified their holdings of NVDA, including Good Harbor Advisors Inc., Cypress Point Wealth Management LLC, Madrona Financial Services LLC, Nova R Wealth Inc., and LifeSteps Financial Inc.
NVIDIA has been performing well financially, with revenue growing by 105.9% year-over-year in the second quarter. The company's net margin stands at 63.66%, and its return on equity is 96.04%. Wall Street analysts predict that NVIDIA will post $9.1 earnings per share for the current fiscal year.
NVIDIA has also been expanding its AI ecosystem through strategic acquisitions, including Hugging Face. Additionally, Lenovo and Acer are expected to launch Windows PCs powered by NVIDIA's RTX Spark chip in October, which could expand the company's addressable market.
