Hedge Funds Shake Up Positions in Goldman Sachs Group

Quantbot Technologies LP, a hedge fund, has reduced its holdings in Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE:GS) by 67.6% during the second quarter.

The sale of 3,159 shares brought Quantbot's ownership to 1,517 shares, valued at $1,534,000 as per their SEC filing.

This is not an isolated incident; other hedge funds have also made significant changes to their positions in Goldman Sachs Group. BlackRock Inc., for instance, purchased a new position worth approximately $24,172,123,000 during the second quarter.

State Street Corp and Fisher Asset Management LLC increased their holdings by 2.1% and 1.7%, respectively, while Geode Capital Management LLC boosted its stake by 0.7%. Bank of America Corp DE also grew its position by 8.0% in the first quarter.
