Hern Sells Over $7M in Stocks Amid Bearish Market Signals
Rep. Kevin Hern (R-Okla.) has been selling off his stock portfolio in 2026, with most of his transactions consisting of government securities and a few notable sales. According to data from Quiver Quantitative, Hern has made $7.06 million in sales this year, compared to just $1.11 million in buys.
Among the stocks he's sold are Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG), Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:MSFT), and Home Depot (NYSE:HD). These sales range from $50,000 to $100,000 for each stock, with many other transactions falling within the $1,000 to $15,000 range.
Hern's trading history shows that he has been an active trader since 2018, making a total of 931 trades worth $138.5 million. His sales have consistently outpaced his buys in some years, including 2020 and 2024. However, last year saw more buying activity than selling.
