Hershey Names Dave Hulays as New Chief Financial Officer
The Hershey Company has announced that Dave Hulays will take over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective September 2. He succeeds Steve Voskuil, who will move into a new role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects.
Hulays brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience to the position, having previously worked at Procter & Gamble and joining Hershey in 2012 as Vice President of Finance for Canada. He has since taken on progressively broader responsibilities across the company, including finance strategy, global tax and treasury, and enterprise transformation.
The CEO of The Hershey Company, Kirk Tanner, praised Hulays as a 'proven, enterprise-minded finance leader' who will lead the finance organization into its next chapter. He thanked Voskuil for his leadership over the past seven years and expressed confidence in Hulays' ability to drive growth.
Hulays said he is 'proud and honored' to take on the role, citing the strong foundation built by himself and Voskuil, and expressing excitement for driving Hershey's next generation of growth. He holds a degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
