Hershey Names Dave Hulays as New Chief Financial Officer
The Hershey Company has named Dave Hulays as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 2, 2026. This move marks a planned finance leadership transition for the company.
Hulays brings over 29 years of financial leadership experience to his new role, having previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Hershey since 2012. He has also held various positions across the company's U.S. and international businesses, including Global Supply Chain, Growth Office, M&A, corporate financial planning and analysis, Finance Strategy, Global Tax & Treasury, and Enterprise Transformation.
Hulays spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble before joining Hershey in 2012. Voskuil, the current CFO, will retire in early 2027 and transition into a new role as Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects.
