Hershey Names Dave Hulays as Next CFO Amid Planned Finance Leadership Transition

The Hershey Company has announced that Dave Hulays will take over as Chief Financial Officer on September 2, 2026. He succeeds Steve Voskuil, who will retire in early 2027.

Hulays joins the company from his current role as Senior Vice President of Finance, bringing nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience from both Hershey and Procter & Gamble.

Kirk Tanner, President and CEO of The Hershey Company, praises Hulays' 'rigor, accountability and courage', saying he's the right person to lead the finance organization into its next chapter. Hulays expresses his gratitude for Voskuil's mentorship and says he looks forward to driving growth.
