Hershey Names Dave Hulays New Chief Financial Officer

The Hershey Company has named Dave Hulays as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 2, 2026. He will succeed Steve Voskuil, who has led the company's finance organization for the past seven years and plans to retire in early 2027.

Hulays brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience to the role, having previously worked at Procter & Gamble (P&G) and joining Hershey in 2012 as Vice President of Finance, Canada. In his new position, Hulays will oversee various financial responsibilities across the company.

Kirk Tanner, President and CEO of The Hershey Company, praised Hulays' experience and leadership skills, stating that he 'leads with rigor, accountability and courage.'
