Hershey's Veteran CFO Takes Helm as Outgoing Leader Prepares for Retirement

Hershey's finance chief, Steven E. Voskuil, is retiring after seven years in the role and will stay on until early Q2 2027 to help with the transition.

Voskuil's replacement is Dave Hulays, a company veteran who has been at Hershey since 2012 and previously worked at Procter & Gamble for nearly two decades. Hulays takes over as CFO on Wednesday, according to a press release.

The outgoing finance chief said he would relocate to Texas with his wife to be closer to their grandchildren after leaving the company in early 2027. Voskuil thanked Hershey's CEO, Kirk Tanner, for giving him the opportunity to help prepare Hulays for the role over several years.
