Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) shared its growth story at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026, highlighting a stronger outlook for fiscal 2026 and 2027. The company reported quarterly earnings per share of $1.11, exceeding $1.00 for the first time. Free cash flow hit a record nearly $1 billion.

Management attributed the growth to rising demand in networking, storage, and AI-related servers. Despite the strong momentum, HPE maintained a disciplined stance on margins, particularly in AI servers where deals are carefully chosen. The company sees better visibility into components and stronger cash generation as key factors contributing to its favorable outlook.

HPE has secured long-term agreements with DRAM makers to ensure supply, a move described by management as a familiar industry practice. The Juniper acquisition is also benefiting the business, with the combined channel seen as a major advantage in selling to enterprises.
