HiBob Secures $166M from Salesforce to Fuel AI-Powered HR Revolution

Israeli HR platform HiBob announced a $166 million funding round led by Salesforce, with participation from previous investor Farallon. The investment will help adapt HiBob's platform to the AI era.

HiBob was founded in 2015 by CEO Ronni Zehavi and his team. They envision an organizational intelligence layer for modern businesses, where people and AI agents work side by side.

Zehavi believes that AI is not just a technology story, but also an organizational and managerial revolution. He warns that companies should focus on building the best organizations for the AI era, rather than just having the best AI model.
