Hidden Star Wars Speeder Bike Discovered in Disney's Magic of Animation
The Magic of Disney Animation has opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios after a September 14th debut, bringing back to life the space that once housed Star Wars Launch Bay. As part of its new design, the attraction features an Animator's Office filled with props and items from various Disney movies.
A hidden Easter egg for fans of the galaxy far, far away awaits discovery in this office. A toy speeder bike, reminiscent of the Star Wars Launch Bay display that once occupied the space, can be found on a shelf behind a Sorcerer Mickey figure from Fantasia. The speeder bike is mostly hidden among die-cast motorcycles and memorabilia.
The original Magic of Disney Animation closed in July 2015 to make way for Star Wars Launch Bay, which operated until September 25th, 2023. Now that the space has been restored to its former theme, fans can relive some of their favorite Disney memories while also catching a glimpse of the Star Wars Launch Bay Easter egg.
