Home Depot CEO Decker Takes Medical Leave of Absence
Home Depot CEO Ted Decker has taken a temporary medical leave of absence. According to the company, he will return 'within the next few months.'
In his absence, Senior Executive Vice President Ann-Marie Campbell will oversee Home Depot's day-to-day operations, while Chief Financial Officer Richard McPhail will handle financial management and Pro subsidiaries.
Ann-Marie Campbell has been with Home Depot since 1985 and began as a cashier. She became senior executive vice president in November 2023.
Richard McPhail joined the company in 2005 and has served as CFO since 2019.
