Home Depot Expands Nationwide Three-Hour Express Delivery Service
The Home Depot has expanded its express delivery service to customers nationwide in the US, offering eligible orders in three hours or less. This expansion leverages the company's supply chain network and over 2,000 U.S. stores as fulfillment hubs.
Both professional and DIY customers can use the delivery option for a flat fee of $7 in most major markets and $10 in Los Angeles, with no subscription or membership required. Thousands of products, including plumbing, hardware, paint, and tools, are eligible, with availability indicated on product pages and at checkout.
During an earnings call on the same day, the executive vice president of interconnected retail noted that the majority of express deliveries are currently completed in less than one hour, and the company plans to further reduce delivery times in the coming months. The service had been operating in select markets for several months before the nationwide rollout.
