Home Depot Redesigns Leadership to Fuel Innovation in Home Improvement Market
The Home Depot has realigned its leadership to drive innovation and capture a bigger share of the $1.2 trillion home improvement market.
According to Ted Decker, chair, president and CEO, the company is focusing on driving its core and culture, delivering a frictionless interconnected experience, and winning over Pro customers.
To achieve this goal, Home Depot has transitioned its private label merchants into its core merchandising organization, led by Billy Bastek, executive vice president of merchandising. This move aims to deliver greater innovation to market faster through better product alignment.
The company is also aligning its customer experience, online, financial services, and loyalty teams into a unified interconnected organization, led by Jordan Broggi, EVP of interconnected retail.
