A viral video has sparked a debate about asking for help when needed. Jaqueline Maldo, aka @jmthehost on TikTok, was seen struggling to load a new refrigerator into her car at a Home Depot store.

Despite being offered help by three men, Maldo insisted on doing it herself and successfully loaded the appliance into her trunk.

The video has received over 1.6 million views, with some viewers criticizing Maldo for not accepting the offer of help. However, others pointed out that loading a refrigerator on its side can be safe, as long as it's done properly.

Home Depot notes that refrigerators should not travel on their back or side, but laying them down for a short trip is acceptable if done correctly.
