Home Improvement Experts Tackle Patio Lighting and Retro Kitchen Makeovers

Heath Eastman and Mauro Henrique, the hosts of 'Ask This Old House,' tackled two separate home improvement projects in a recent episode.

Eastman helped a homeowner install outdoor-grade remote-controlled patio string lights over their backyard patio. These string lights can be easily controlled from a distance using a smartphone app, allowing homeowners to customize lighting effects and ambiance with ease.

Meanwhile, Henrique took on the challenge of color-matching a retro aqua kitchen cabinet. To achieve this, he removed a sample of the original finish and headed to Home Depot to demonstrate the color matching process. After selecting a suitable match, he repainted the cabinet to blend seamlessly with the rest of the vintage kitchen.
