Honeywell Aerospace Exec Reports RSU Vesting and Tax Withholding
Honeywell Aerospace's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Karen Elizabeth Arlak recently reported a significant transaction involving restricted stock units (RSUs). On August 1, 2026, she saw the vesting of 582.268 RSUs convert one-for-one into common stock, including 24.268 units from dividend equivalents.
This marks the first scheduled vesting event for these particular RSUs, with a total of 33% vesting on August 1, 2026, followed by another 33% in 2027 and 34% in 2028. Arlak will directly hold 1,132 remaining RSUs after this transaction.
Separately, she also reported withholding 156 common shares at $208.27 per share to cover tax obligations related to the vesting event. This brings her total direct holdings to 4,889.1649 common shares and indirect holdings in a 401(k) plan to 1,512 shares.
