Honeywell Technologies has completed the sale of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (WWS) business to American Industrial Partners (AIP). The transaction, an all-cash deal, marks another step in Honeywell's strategic transformation into a dedicated automation-focused enterprise.

The divested business operates under the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands. By selling this business, Honeywell aims to sharpen its focus on core automation technologies for the building, industrial, and process industries.

This move is in line with Honeywell's long-term strategy of investing in advanced automation capabilities while positioning itself to capitalize on the industry's shift toward increasingly autonomous operations.
