Honeywell Names New Leaders for Process Tech and Building Automation Divisions

Honeywell International Inc., a multinational conglomerate, has announced leadership changes in its Process Technology and Building Automation divisions. According to an 8-K filing submitted by the company on August 19, 2026, Billal Hammoud will assume the role of President and CEO of Process Technology, effective October 1, 2026.

Hammoud, who is currently 54 years old, has been serving as President and CEO of Building Automation since 2023. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University.

Juan Picon will take over as President and CEO of Building Automation from Hammoud, effective October 1, 2026. Picon has held various executive roles at Honeywell, including President of the company's Building Automation business in the Americas since October 2024.
