Honeywell Reaffirms Aerospace Spinoff Projections Amid Conglomerate Split
Honeywell has reaffirmed its annual adjusted profit forecast ahead of the spinoff of its aerospace business. The company's full-year 2026 adjusted profit is expected to range between $10.35 and $10.65 per share.
The three-way split of Honeywell into independent public companies focused on automation, aerospace, and advanced materials was announced last year. Solstice Advanced Materials, which houses Honeywell's former advanced materials unit, spun off as a standalone company in October 2025.
Honeywell Aerospace will trade as HONA after the separation on June 29. The remaining automation business, known as Honeywell Technologies, will continue to trade as HON.
