Honeywell Shakes Up Leadership in Key Divisions Amid Automation Push

Honeywell International has announced two key leadership changes in its Process Technology and Building Automation divisions. Effective October 1, 2026, Billal Hammoud will take over as President and CEO of Process Technology, while Juan Picon will become the head of Building Automation.

Both Hammoud and Picon are long-serving Honeywell executives with experience in growth, product development, and operational efficiency. The changes aim to support the company's focus on automation, energy, and sustainable solutions after separating Aerospace Technologies.

The appointments align with Honeywell International's plan to execute a streamlined group and deliver on higher growth verticals, including LNG, data centers, and industrial automation.
