HP Unveils Edge Computing Platform with Red Hat and Nvidia
HP Inc. has launched the ZGX Fury workstation in collaboration with Red Hat and Nvidia to develop an enterprise AI platform for edge computing.
The platform, designed to run AI inference workloads at the edge, is powered by the Nvidia GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip combined with Red Hat AI Factory with Nvidia.
According to HP, the platform can deliver up to 20 PFLOPS FP4 AI performance for local inference workloads and supports multiple AI workloads simultaneously while maintaining workload isolation and governance controls.
The system is built on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift and incorporates Nvidia AI Enterprise software and Nvidia CUDA libraries for GPU scheduling and multi-GPU workload orchestration.
