Huang Sees 70% Nvidia Growth as AI Ecosystem Dominance
Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang has expressed confidence in his company's future growth, predicting a 70% increase in revenue for 2027. Speaking at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology conference, Huang emphasized that Nvidia is not just a chipmaker but a foundational platform of the AI ecosystem and industry.
Huang pointed out that Nvidia's products are used extensively in various areas of AI, including data centers, startups, and cloud computing. He noted that his company has links across the entire AI value chain, from suppliers to customers, allowing it to track every aspect of the industry.
The CEO highlighted several key revenue streams for Nvidia, including a computer system combining 36 Grace CPUs with 72 Blackwell GPUs, which is witnessing a 27% month-on-month sales growth. He also mentioned that one GPU can cost as much as $8.5 million, due to its complexity and connectivity requirements.
Huang's comments come at a time when Nvidia faces competition from other companies, including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI. However, he remains optimistic about his company's prospects, stating that 'we put in $1 and $100 comes back in.' This implies that Nvidia is confident in its ability to generate significant returns on investment.
