Humain Unveils Ambitious Saudi Arabia AI Infrastructure Push
Humain is making significant strides in its push to become a major hub for artificial intelligence (AI) compute in Saudi Arabia. The company has announced deals with AMD, Cisco, and Together AI to deploy large-scale AI infrastructure in the Kingdom.
The partnership involves the deployment of AMD's Instinct MI355X GPU-based infrastructure connected using Cisco's Silicon One-based networking. This setup is now live in Saudi Arabia and serving Humain customers, supporting GPU-as-a-service for training and inference workloads.
The next phase of their joint venture will add up to 250 MW of AI infrastructure beginning in 2027, with capacity expected to start coming online in the second half of that year. This phase is slated to use AMD's Instinct MI400 Series GPUs, EPYC CPUs, and Cisco networking.
In a separate announcement, Together AI and Humain have partnered to connect Saudi compute capacity with global AI-native and enterprise demand. The agreement includes the construction of a new 250 MW data center in Saudi Arabia and pairs Humain's multi-chip infrastructure footprint with Together AI's cloud platform, inference capabilities, and developer ecosystem.
