Hyundai FutureNet Teams with Microsoft Korea on Retail AI Transformation
Hyundai FutureNet, the technology services arm of Hyundai Department Store Group in South Korea, has partnered with Microsoft Korea to accelerate AI transformation and retail innovation. The partnership will focus on developing purpose-built AI agents for the industry, with a dedicated AI research organization from Hyundai FutureNet collaborating with Microsoft Korea's AI specialists.
The project aims to establish a security framework for safely using AI at Hyundai Department Store Group, including an AI security and governance framework. This foundation will enable the safe use of AI across the group's operations. Additionally, Hyundai FutureNet will expand its adoption of Microsoft 365, utilizing Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
