IBM and Quintes Team Up to Revamp Indian Capability Centres

India's Global Capability Centre story is entering a new chapter, driven by modern GCCs that own products, lead innovation, shape customer outcomes, and increasingly operate as AI-powered enterprise nerve centres.

The country has seen its GCC ecosystem expand to contribute approximately $98.4 billion in annual revenue, operating through 2,117 centres across 3,728 units, and employing nearly 2.36 million professionals.

IBM and Quintes Global have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at accelerating the next generation of GCC transformation in India, recognizing this shift towards owning products, leading innovation, shaping customer outcomes, and operating as AI-powered enterprise nerve centres.
