IBM and Visionbay.ai Unveil Asia Pacific-Wide AI Platform Partnership
IBM and Visionbay.ai have partnered to develop an AI platform that will be deployed across Asia Pacific. The collaboration, announced on July 21, 2026, aims to provide a trusted, scalable, full-stack AI platform for enterprises and regulated industries in the region.
The platform will be built on Visionbay's AI infrastructure and cloud operations, with Red Hat OpenShift providing the hybrid cloud foundation for managing AI workloads. IBM's Watsonx AI portfolio will support AI development and governance capabilities. This integrated platform will enable organizations to move AI workloads from experimentation into production with greater speed, efficiency, and consistency.
Visionbay's AI App Store will offer ready-to-use AI agents and applications tailored for businesses, enabling secure deployment and governance while maintaining data residency, operational control, and governance compliance. The collaboration marks an important milestone in Visionbay's strategy to expand beyond AI infrastructure by growing its AI App Store and software ecosystem.
The partnership will begin with deployments in Taiwan and expand across Asia Pacific, supporting industries including governments, financial services institutions, telecommunications providers, and other regulated sectors.
