IBM is bringing its AI-powered US Open fan experience back to Madison Square Park in New York City for Championship Weekend. The four-day event, from September 10-13, will offer attendees a range of activities and experiences, including an AI-powered tennis serve simulator, interactive ping pong tables with AI-enabled recaps, and an AI photo booth that superimposes visitors into iconic US Open and NYC personas.

The activations are part of IBM's long-standing partnership with the US Tennis Association (USTA), which has been bringing advanced digital experiences to over 14 million global tennis fans since 1992. This year's innovations include Live Updates, Serve Quality, and Key Moments, all powered by AI technology.

The pop-up event will be located at the South East corner of Madison Square Park, adjacent to IBM's flagship New York City office. The hours of operation are Thursday, September 10 (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET), Friday, September 11 (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET), Saturday, September 12 (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET), and Sunday, September 13 (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET).
