IBM Brings US Open Fan Experience to Manhattan's Madison Square Park
IBM is bringing the excitement of the US Open back to Madison Square Park in New York City for Championship Weekend. The four-day fan experience, which runs from September 10 to 13, will transform the park into a central hub for tennis enthusiasts. The event is free and open to the public.
The activations will feature AI-powered tennis experiences, including IBM Serve Speed, Calling the Shots, and an AI Photobooth. Attendees can test their serve speed and accuracy against the pros, compete in ping pong matches with AI-enabled tables, and take photos that put them inside iconic US Open and NYC personas.
IBM has been a partner of the US Open since 1992, bringing advanced digital experiences to over 14 million global tennis fans annually. This year's event will feature new enhanced AI-powered innovations, including Live Updates, Serve Quality, and Key Moments.
