IBM Facility Break-in Leads to Arrests of Two Adults and Juvenile Suspect
On September 6, 2026, two individuals broke into an IBM facility in Southbury, Connecticut. The break-in occurred at around 10:15 p.m., and Southbury Police were called to the scene after IBM Security reported that several people had forced entry into the building.
The police located the suspects inside the facility and took them into custody. Two adult suspects, Joshua Morgan, 24, of Middlefield, and Logan Rinsland-Kracke, 18, of Middletown, were each charged with third-degree criminal trespass.
The juvenile suspect was referred to juvenile court. The adults arrested are scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on September 11, 2026.
