IBM Returns to Visakhapatnam with Multi-Crore Investment Plans
IBM has set up a Client Innovation Center in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, which is seen as a major boost for the state's IT sector. The company had previously shut down its operations in the city but has now returned with plans to export over ₹321 crore worth of goods and create more than 500 jobs within the next three years.
IT Minister Nara Lokesh will inaugurate the facility, which is a significant development for the state's IT industry. The company's return sends a positive message, indicating that Andhra Pradesh is regaining its appeal to global technology companies.
