ICE Deportation Flights Ignoring Safety Rules at King County Airport
The watchdog group La Resistencia has accused King County International Airport of ignoring safety rules at Boeing Field, where ICE deportation flights have surged in recent months.
The group claims that fuel trucks have been actively refueling planes while migrants are still on board, shackled and unable to move. This practice violates airport safety rules, which bar fuel handling during boarding except in emergency situations.
La Resistencia has documented at least four instances of this rule being broken since September 2025, with the group arguing that the behavior is 'rampant' and poses a significant risk to passengers in case of an emergency.
