Indians Advised to Reconsider Moving Abroad as Opportunities Multiply at Home

An Indian couple living in the US has advised young Indians to reconsider moving abroad, citing that many of the opportunities available in the US can now be found in India.

Suhas and Priyanka, who moved to the US for education and employment, said they would not make the same decision today. They pointed out that the circumstances have changed, making it easier to find good jobs and achieve a quality lifestyle in India.

According to Suhas, 'the US was a very easy bet' when they first moved, but now the situation is similar in India. He emphasized that Indians should consider more than just salary when weighing the pros and cons of immigration, including visa uncertainty, dependence on employers, and the effect on their spouses' careers.
