India's Digital Transformation: Salesforce Summit Showcases AI-Powered Growth
The third edition of the Great India Sales, Marketing & Service Summit concluded in New Delhi on August 25, 2026, attracting over 35,000 registrations from across India. The virtual summit explored how AI, connected data, and intelligent automation can drive measurable enterprise growth.
The event featured 30 sessions with Salesforce leaders, customers, industry experts, and partners discussing how organisations can move from AI experimentation to responsible enterprise-wide adoption. Sessions included topics such as 'From Campaigns to Conversions: AI Across the Customer Journey' and masterclasses on turning intelligence into influence and building enterprise success with AI.
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director of Salesforce India, highlighted that India is not going digital, but rather it is already digital. He emphasized the need for enterprises to operate with speed, intelligence, and trust, stating that AI will reveal gaps in customer journeys faster than fix them.
Rishabh Chhajer, VP-IT & Cybersecurity at Allen Career Institute Pvt. Ltd., shared how their organisation is using Salesforce to bring regional teams and engagement channels onto a unified platform. This has enabled them to move from fragmented campaigns to connected and measurable student journeys.
