iPhone X and MacBook Pro 2018 Hit Obsolete Milestone
Apple has officially moved the iPhone X and the 15-inch 2018 MacBook Pro from its vintage list to the obsolete products list. This means both devices are no longer eligible for repairs or parts from Apple and its service partners.
The iPhone X, launched in 2017, and the 2018 MacBook Pro have now reached the end of their lifecycle, which is typically marked by Apple more than seven years after they stop selling them.
Both devices are capped at their final software versions: iOS 16.7.16 for the iPhone X and macOS 15.7.7 for the MacBook Pro.
